Generate Web Service Operations on Custom Logic - Wizard Interface

This topic provides information on the fields that you fill while generating Web service operations on custom logic, and the corresponding action that you should perform.


This interface appears when you try creating a Web service at a project or folder level, and select Web Service as a New Process Platform Document.

Name of the Web service

Provide a name for the Web service

Description of the Web service

Provide a suitable description.

Namespace

Namespace that is unique to the Web service

Provide a suitable namespace

Web service Interface Name

The name of the Web service interface.

Provide an appropriate name for the Web service interface.

Implementation Class

The class that contains the Application Connector information to communicate with the relevant Service

Click to browse and select the relevant Application Connector. After selection, the name of the implementation class appears in the field.

Web service Operations

Contains the names of the Web service operations that will be a part of the Web service interface

Click to add a row and provide a name for the Web service operation. Repeat this to add more Web service operations.
